After decades in this business, we've seen just about every possible appliance malfunction. The vast majority of issues are repairable, but there are a few that are not.
Often times the age of the appliance is a big factor in determining if it is cost effective to repair or replace. With older units, 10-15 years old or more, these are some of the issues that are generally not cost effective to repair.
1. Refrigerators with compressor failure.
2. Microwave that has a burnt out magnetron.
3. Dishwasher with corroded or broken water inlet valves.
4. Garbage disposals that have rusted blades or motors that are no longer functioning.
We take insurance, in most cases.
Most repairs take less than 1 hour.
Depending on the type of repair, it can cost as little as around $100 or as much as $2000. Some repairs require specialty parts and complex labor, such as smart refrigerators
We prefer customers to be home while we are performing the repair, but accommodations can be made for extenuating circumstances.
